Plus-size driver’s note about my ‘bad’ parking is leaving people divided

A MOTORIST claims that a plus-size driver left a note on their car complaining about their “bad” parking – but people have been left divided.

The anonymous motorist was accused of parking too close to another car in a shopping centre.

Reddit user @u/YNWA11JM was left fuming and took a picture of the note that reads: “Nice parking job, I’m 300lbs (21 stone). How do you think I can get in my car?”

The picture shows their Audi occupying one parking space, although it’s not actually parked in the centre of the bay – so it’s entirely possible that the owner of the car next to it couldn’t squeeze in.

The motorists titled the post: “This note left on my car.”

The post has gone viral on Reddit with more than 66,300 views and 9,000 comments, but commenters have been left divided after seeing the picture that the poster uploaded to social media.

One said: “Parking like this is how you end up with dents in your door, even when the other person is being careful.”

Another said: “As a fat person, I understand the frustration. However, as a fellow driver. I’d be more worried about a person with a kid parked next to you.”

A third pointed out: “Is nobody going to notice that the parking spaces are staggered? The car on the left is a couple of meters forward.

“Should have no problem getting in. If the writer is 300 pounds, I don’t think moving over 10cm will make much difference, on the other hand.”

This comes after a mum was left furious after finding a “rude” note taped to her car accusing her of parking like an “absolute inconsiderate tosspot.”

Plus, an entitled neighbour has stuck a handwritten note on the car of a fellow resident, telling them not to park in their spot.
