PlayStation VR2: Sony India Adds a Pre-Order Button That Does Not Work, Gran Turismo 7 Announces Free PS VR2 Upgrade and More
The PlayStation VR 2 will launch in less than 48 hours, and players can’t wait to get their hands on the next-generation system.
However, it seems like that won’t be the case with users in India, as PlayStation’s new landing page for the new system says otherwise. The new product page doesn’t feature a “Buy” option, as fans will have to make do with the “Pre-Order” choice. However, that button doesn’t lead up to anywhere, so at the moment, there’s no purchasing options for players in India.
Furthermore, games market analyst Rishi Alwani has also pointed out that the new VR system will likely follow the path opted by the PlayStation 5, which arrived much later in Indian markets.
In the end, it seems like the Indian gaming community will just have to wait for the first stock drop for the PlayStation VR 2, which might be a long while away.
Don’t expect anything soon. We’ve been through this song and dance with the PS5. Stay frosty. #PS5 #PSVR2 #India https://t.co/mXLLFsY3qB
