Pippa and Carole Middleton steal Kate’s style for the Coronation
Arriving with her younger brother James, Pippa, 39, wore a pale primrose button up dress by the designer Claire Mischevani, complete with matching asymmetrical fascinator by Jane Taylor.
She finished the look with a clutch bag and nude heels, with her jewellery discreetly elegant and simple.
The look bears a striking resemblance to the outfit worn by Kate for the Platinum Jubilee Service of Thanksgiving last year. Clearly, the Middleton sisters swap notes.
Meanwhile, mum Carole couldn’t stop smiling as she arrived at the historic Westminster Abbey alongside husband Michael, no doubt excited to see their daughter and grandchildren play their part in this historic event.
For the occasion, Carole chose a very patriotic cobalt blue coat dress, with matching headband. Jewellery-wise the party planning businesswoman wore diamond drop earrings and a matching necklace.
Of course, we couldn’t mention the women’s looks without giving a nod to the Middleton men.
Both dad, Michael, and brother James looked the occasion in smart morning suits. 36-year-old James’ get up included a yellow waistcoat in a nod to sister Pippa’s outfit.
Coronation of King Charles III latest

Why the royals love a coat dress
Elegant and timeles, it’s no wonder the coat dress is a firm favourite of Kate and Co. But it’s not just the Middletons who love the look – fellow royals Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice, Sophie, the Countess of Wessex and Zara Tindall have all been seen wearing them too.
As the rest of the Middleton family took their seats, Kate arrived in a show-stealing Alexandra McQueen ivory gown which featured stunning embroidery at the bottom of the hem, which peeked through under her formal blue robe.
However, even Royals can’t escape bad weather and Kate was spotted having to lift her gown to escape getting it wet from the rainsoaked ground outside the Abbey.
Sadly, most of the Coronation outfits are bespoke and unavailable to buy online, but we’ve got a few lookalikes for you below, for those who want a royal replica.
