Piers Morgan talks ‘massive global damage’ amid Harry’s book release
Piers Morgan, 52, has spoken about the release of Prince Harry’s new book “Spare”, responding to the official release statement by publisher Penguin UK on Twitter. The book is set to be released in January 2023.
The official statement read: “On 10 January 2023, readers everywhere will be part of a landmark publication: the story of Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex.
“Personal and emotionally powerful, SPARE will be published by @transworldbooks, supporting two special charities. Details at http://princeharrymemoir.com.”
Addressing his 7.9 million followers, Piers ranted about how the book could present “massive global damage” to the Royal Family.
He said: “Do you care about the massive global damage this book will cause to our new King before he is even coronated, and while he still grieves for his mother?”

@KellyBrownnnn commented: “I don’t understand why it’s ok for ‘autobiographers’ and ‘sources’ to be published and accepted over and over time and time again. But He writes his own truth and apparently it’s unacceptable?”
It follows on from earlier today, when Piers tweeted King Charles should “strip” Harry of his titles.
Piers tweeted: “Prince Privacy will hurl his latest torrent of malevolent money-making muck at the Royal Family just in time to ruin his father’s coronation as King.
“Charles should strip this petulant, selfish, greedy, hypocritical brat of all his remaining royal titles/status ASAP,” he added.
SPARE was announced today, and Markus Dohle, Global CEO of Penguin Random House, released details of the book including the front cover and the format in which it will be available.
He also confirmed reports the memoir will be released worldwide on January 10.
The memoir’s front cover features a close-up portrait of Prince Harry, taken by photographer Ramona Rosales – who also led the photoshoot of Meghan Markle for her Variety Power of Women cover released earlier this month.
