Handily, TikTok user @tamflict23 has shared a long trip hack that would improve your driving posture.
They suggest placing a cushion between the driver’s leg and the car door to rest their arm.
In the video, the TikTok user uses a normal cushion that can be bought online and costs approximately £12.
The poster titled the video: “Gamechanger on my cross-country road trip.”
The video has gone viral on TikTok with more than 3.9million views and 528 comments.
But, most users believe it is not particularly safe to put a cushion between your leg and the door.
One said: “Nah, no thanks, looks like it will interfere with the steering wheel when turning.”
Another said: “Too much comfort is dangerous.”
A third pointed out: “I don’t know, I have a torn ligament in my elbow that hurts like hell and requires eight months of physical therapy after a car crash, so I don’t know how I feel about this.”
