Paul Hollywood’s ex ‘rushed to hospital’ for emergency operation
Summer Monteys-Fullam, 26, has sparked concern after revealing she had been rushed to hospital for an emergency procedure.
The influencer, who is the ex-girlfriend of Great British Bake Off star Paul Hollywood, 57, took to Instagram to share how she had been admitted for the operation without being sure of what was happening.
Summer, who now also works as an aesthetician, shared a snap of herself next to some hospital equipment in view of her 46,500 followers.
She added in the caption that she had been forced to reschedule her upcoming appointments due to the unexpected turn.
“Hey girls. I just wanted to say I’m so sorry but I have been rushed to hospital and have a pending operation,” she penned.

“I don’t have a diary to cancel appointments for the next couple of days, but please can you DM me so I can rearrange your appointments when I’m reunited with my diary.”
Summer added: “I’m so sorry for having to rearrange you all. I’ll update you all the second I know more.”
Celebrity chef Paul dated Summer between 2017 and 2019, after meeting her at a birthday party thrown for his then-wife Alexandra at the bar where the then-21-year-old worked.
Paul reportedly lent Summer his chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce for her 22nd birthday the same year they met – and grew closer to the glamorous redhead after he separated from his wife.
The divorce between GBBO star and his ex-wife Alexandra Hollywood became official in 2019 after 20 years of marriage.
Alexandra is also a keen cook and family food writer, having already released two cookbooks: My Busy Kitchen and Cooking Tonight.
Meanwhile, Summer and Paul called it quits after two years of being romantically linked, finally splitting back in August 2019.
After later branding their romance “disastrous”, Summer decided to take a step back from the spotlight in December 2021 by starting her training as a cosmetic therapist at the Cosmetic Couture Clinic in Salford.
The Great British Bake Off is set to return to Channel 4 later this year, with brand new presenter Alison Hammond stepping up to replace Matt Lucas, while Noel Fielding will continue to host the show.
