Original article: February 23, 2023 (1:12 PM ET): There’s been a lot of rumors swirling around the OnePlus Nord 3, both right and wrong. The most recent leak, however, may give us the clearest details about the upcoming handset yet.

MySmartPrice, in collaboration with tipster OnLeaks, appears to have obtained new details on the OnePlus Nord 3. The details are related to the device’s specifications and launch date.

According to the outlet, the phone might feature a larger 6.72-inch AMOLED display with full HD+ resolution. For comparison, the previous iteration of the handset had a 6.43-inch screen. This display could also have a 120Hz refresh rate.

The device is said to have a triple-camera setup that includes 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. As for the selfie camera, it could use a 16MP camera.

Moving on to the insides of the phone, the OnePlus Nord 3 may have an octa-core Dimensity 9000 processor. That processor may be joined by a 5,000mAh battery, which could offer 80W SuperVooc charging support. OnePlus may offer the phone with 8GB and 16GB of RAM, along with 128GB and 256GB of internal storage. Finally, the Nord 3 may have an alert slider.

As for when to expect the launch, the outlet claims OnePlus is preparing for some time in mid-June or July. And this launch would be a global one.

In our review of the Nord 2, we gave the mid-ranger 3.5 stars out of 5. Hopefully, OnePlus’s Nord 3 will fix the haptics and lackluster imaging that plagued the Nord 2.
