OnePlus 9RT: Expected India launch date, price and more – Times of India

NEW DELHI: A recent online report suggested that OnePlus is planning to launch one ‘T’ series handset — OnePlus 9 RT later this year in ‘select markets’ including India. The report also revealed that it will be an upgrade to the recently launched OnePlus 9R smartphone. Now a known tipster has shared some of the details about the upcoming smartphone on the Chinese microblogging website Weibo. The new report suggests that the upcoming OnePlus smartphone is said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset and come with a triple rear camera. The smartphone is said to support 65W fast charging. The smartphone is expected to launch in October in India.
OnePlus 9RT expected price
The tipster revealed that the smartphone will come in two variants — 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage. The 128GB storage variant is expected to be priced at 2,999 yuan (Rs 34,400), whereas the 256GB storage variant is said to cost 3,299 yuan (Rs 37,900).
On the other hand, the India pricing of the OnePlus 9RT is said to be the same as the OnePlus 9R. The 8GB RAM variant of the OnePlus 9R cost Rs 39,999, while the 12GB version is priced at Rs 43,999.
OnePlus 9RT expected specifications
As per the tipster, OnePlus 9RT is said to come with a 6.55-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The smartphone display is said to come with 120Hz refresh rate and it is expected to be protected with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top.
OnePlus 9RT is said to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset paired with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage. The smartphone is expected to sport a triple rear camera with 50MP main sensor. The smartphone is expected to come with a 16MP selfie shooter.
The handset is said to pack a 4,500 mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
