Neri Naig to pursue master’s degree in business administration
Neri Naig has revealed that she is set to start taking classes for her master’s degree in business administration (MBA), a little over a month since she earned her bachelor’s degree.
The celebrity mompreneur gave a glimpse of her orientation day for her classes via her Instagram page last Monday, Aug. 15.
“Good luck sa akin kung kayanin ko ang [master’s degree] (Good luck to me if I can manage [to earn] a master’s degree). Why MBA? Because why not!” she said.
“Sabi nga nila (As they say), ‘When you push yourself beyond limits, you discover inner reserves, which you never thought existed earlier. Let your dreams push you…instead of your fears,’” Naig added. “Kaya push lang ng push para sa self improvement. Kaya natin ‘to! Kakayanin pa lalo! It is never too late.” (So continue to push for self-improvement. We can do it. We will do it even better! It is never too late.)
Naig then encouraged fellow mothers who are also hoping to pursue further education, telling them she is their “number one cheerer” if they decide to continue with their studies.
“Kaya mo yan, mommy (You can do it, mommy)!” she told them.
Last June 30, Naig showed moments from her face-to-face graduation at the University of Baguio. She attended the ceremony with her husband, Parokya ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda.
Miranda recently admitted he considers himself lucky to have Naig as his wife, noting that he respects how Naig is not obsessed with her looks and values learning instead. /ra
