NEET UG Counselling 2023: Round 1 choice-filling begins today on mcc.nic.in – Times of India

NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee is conducting the NEET UG Counselling 2023 for MBBS, BDS and other undergraduate medical courses. As per the schedule, choice filling and locking process will begin today, July 22. Candidates who are registering for the NEET UG 2023 counselling are advised to read all the instructions carefully before filling choices online.

Applicants who had registered for NEET UG 2023 Round 1 counselling can submit choices and confirm colleges by July 26 and lock it on July 26. The registrations for NEET UG Counselling Round 1 began on July 20 and will end on July 25.
In order to make the choices for college, it is mandatory for applicants to register first on the official portal of MCC. Candidates should note that NEET UG choice filling and locking is a crucial step in the counselling process and should be done with diligence and MCC will also allot seats based on your choices filled and locked.

NEET UG Counselling 2023: How to Fill Choices?
Step 1: Visit the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in
Step 2: On the NEET UG registration link, login using your NEET UG Roll Number and Password.
Step 3: A new window will open, fill in the choices of subjects and institutions in the order of preference.
Step 4: Verify and then lock the choices and submit.

According to the NEET UG 2023 counselling schedule, the round 1 seat allotment result is scheduled for July 29. Subsequently, candidates who get allotments in the first round will have to report to their allotted colleges between July 31 and August 4.
