Naruto’s New Manga to Be Released in India

Masashi Kishimoto’s new one-shot manga, Naruto Gaiden: Uzumaki no Nakamura no Tsumujikaze, will be released in India next week. The manga will be available to read on Manga Plus, which is the publisher’s free online manga service, at the same time as its release in Japan on July 18, 2023.

The one-shot is set during Minato Namikaze’s youth and tells the story of how he earned the title of Fourth Hokage. It was created as part of a global poll to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Naruto franchise. Minato won the poll, beating out other popular characters such as Sasuke Uchiha and Kakashi Hatake.

The manga will be 55 pages long and will be available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Chinese. It will also be available in a digital format for purchase on Amazon, Apple Books, and Google Play.

The Naruto anime is also coming back this year, with the series set to receive four new episodes as part of its 20th anniversary. You can read more about that here.
