My neighbour parked right across my garage – I missed my doctor’s appointment

A HOMEOWNER claims that a neighbour parked in front of their garage – which meant they weren’t able to use their car for an important medical appointment.

The motorist took to social media to vent his frustration – and asked for advice from other drivers in case the entitled neighbour decided to repeat the selfish behaviour.

Reddit user @r/mildlyinfuriating uploaded a picture to social media that shows a car positioned directly in front of the garage door – parked lengthways and blocking the two vehicles inside.

The homeowner wrote on the post: “What reason could someone have to do this?

They added: “Someone thought it was a good idea to park their car in front of our garage. Missed a doctor’s appointment because of this.”

The post was published two days ago – and has had more than 11,500 views and 1,200 comments.

My neighbour's not moved his car for 14 years…he's wasting parking spaces
I’m fed up with neighbours parking on my property

Most commenters have advised the poster to have this car towed the next time someone parks in front of their garage.

One said: “If it’s in front of your garage, you can have them towed. To answer your question: people are idiots.”

Another said: “I used to live across from a train station, and only once did someone park in my driveway. That was the day I had a doctor’s appointment to deal with a hideous headache.

“I sympathised with their lack of parking options but had them towed promptly and made it to my appointment. Never heard a word from the driver.”

A third pointed out: “Rude, selfish, thoughtless and very often malicious. They deliberately mess with people to test how much they can get away with.”

Unfortunately, the poster is not the only homeowner who has had problems with cars parked in front of their house.

This come after a homeowner took to Reddit after finding somebody had parked on his driveway but came up with the perfect revenge to get his own back.

Plus, a man claims that his neighbour is constantly blocking their double driveway, so they’re going to fence it off.
