My neighbour has 5 cars & takes all the parking… but they asked ME to move

A MAN claims his neighbour asked him to move his car because he parked too close to their house – but he says they have five vehicles and take all the parking.

In a video, the man has shared footage of his street through an upstairs window in his property.

He explained the red Mini outside his home belonged to his neighbours while his black Nissan Qashqai sits on the other side of the road.

The social media user accused his next-door neighbour of “routinely taking his parking spot” in a TikTok video.

But he added: “I don’t have an issue with them parking here but the problem is they’re being a bit hypocritical.”

He parked his car outside their property which soon allegedly prompted a knock at his door.

The neighbours – who according to the man “have five cars in total” – apparently proceeded to ask him to move his car.

The TikToker said: “A couple of times out of annoyance I park my car in front of them and they’ve had the audacity to come and knock on my door a couple of times to tell me to move my car.”

Taking to a video-sharing site to ask followers if he was being petty, he added: “Now me being a nice person or trying to avoid confrontation I just move my car.

“But this time round I want to tell them like ‘look which one do you want? Do you wanna leave each others space for each other or do you wanna just park wherever you find a spot?'”

In response, one user said: “Get a drive way or just accept where you are able to park, don’t escalate issues with your neighbours you have to live there, battles aren’t worth it.”

Meanwhile, another added: “No one has a parking spot on a public road.”

However, one user understood the frustration adding: “I wouldn’t move my car.

“I’d tell them to do one. Next time they ask to move your car calmly tell them you pay your road tax and can park where you want.”

Someone else commented: “You are not petty! I have dealt with these people before and they have the high opinion it’s OK for them but not you.”
