Many people up and down the country are desperate to know the key to maintaining a youthful appearance. From healthy diets to exercise, skincare routines and hairstyles, Britons will try almost anything to stop the clock when it comes to ageing. Janey, who is from Kirkcaldy, Fife, claims she has hardly aged in 20 years because she looks after her skin, eats a balanced diet and doesn’t use chemicals on her skin.
She said: “Everyone calls me the Peter Pan of the singing industry because I’ve managed to stay looking so young.
“It’s all down to my daily skin routine, eating the right foods and making sure I get plenty of sunlight without sun cream – it makes the world of difference.”
