Mum reveals cheeky trick to get the best flight deals with Jet2

A MUM has shared the sneaky way families can find the best holiday deals on the Jet2 website this summer.

Finding the best holiday deals can take up a lot of time, but one mum has revealed the easy trick she uses to snap up a summer getaway.

Going by the name The Travel Mum on TikTok, she revealed her effective way of searching the Jet2 website for the best deals on flights, hotels, and package holidays.

In the video, she said: “Here is a sneaky little tip to get the cheapest of holidays on the Jet2 website.”

She then shared a link so other holidaymakers could easily access the “really well-hidden” travel calendar.

The Travel Mum added: “Essentially you want this calendar, [where you can] press edit search, in there put the airport you can travel from and say you’ll go anywhere.

“Then it gives you all of the dates in the month and the cheapest day you can travel.

“You can have a look at all the cheapest destinations and the prices to go there.

“When you found one you like, select it and you want to list prices from low to high, that’s going to allow you to browse all the holidays for the cheapest prices.”

The video has had more than 420,000 views, with people in the comments having varying degrees of success with the hack.

One person wrote: “Oh my god, I’ve just booked a holiday thanks to you!”

While someone else said: “That’s such a good tip, managed to look so much quicker.”

A third person added: “This is amazing, thank you.”

Despite some people booking their bargain breaks, others didn’t have as much luck.

Someone wrote: “All well and good until you put in half-term dates, the prices are ridiculous how travel companies can do this it’s ridiculous.”

Sun Online Travel put the hack to the test and it revealed return flights from Birmingham to Antalya, including seven nights of accommodation at a three-star hotel, for £260 per person.

Meanwhile another TikTok user revealed how he saves money on hotels by booking ‘mystery holiday’ deals, without it being a mystery at all.

The savvy holiday hunter, traveltipswithjay, uses a Chrome extension called Travelarrow to find out where exactly the mystery holiday will be.
