MPBSE Board Exam 2023: MP Board will not conduct pre-board exam for Class 10th, 12th – Times of India

MPBSE Board Exam 2023 Update: The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has announced that this year no pre-board exams will be held for class 10 and class 12 students.
This is the first time that MP Board has decided not to conduct the pre-board exams. The MPBSE half-yearly exam, which was scheduled from December 1 onwards, have been postponed. As per the revised schedule, the MPBSE Board will now conduct the MP Board Class 10 and Class 12 half-yearly exams from January 2.
The MPBSE Class 10 half-yearly exam will get over on January 9 whereas the MPBSE Class 12 half-yearly exams will conclude on January 11.
“The department will conduct the half yearly examination from January 2 onwards. This year, there will be no pre-board exams,” assistant district project coordinator of Indore’s school education department, Narendra Jain told TOI.

As per the information released by the board, a total of 21877 students have registered for the MP board exams 2023. Out of the total, as many as 11327 students have been enrolled in class 10 of which 6466 are girls and 4861 are boys. Among the registered students of class 12, of the 10550 students, 5895 are girls and 4655 are boys.
The MP Board Class 10 and 12 board external exams will be held from February 10 onward. As per the MP board exam date released, the MPBSE 10th, 12th board exams will be conducted from March 1 onwards. The students who have registered for the upcoming MPBSE Board Exams 2023 are advised to keep checking the official website – www.mpbse.nic.in – for the latest updates.
Last year, the Madhya Pradesh Class 10, 12 exams were conducted from February 28 to March 20, 2022. Around 19 lakh students had appeared for MPBSE Class 10, 12 board exams 2022 in the state. The MPBSE 10th, 12th board exam results were announced on 29 April 2022. The pass percentage of regular boys students was recoreded 69.94 and that of regular girls was 75.64. Saheopur girl Pragati Mittal topped the MP Board class 12 board exam 2022 with 98.8 percent while Nency Dubey of Chhatarpur and Suchita Pandey of Satna scored 99.2% each in their MP Board Class 10 exams 2022.
