Motorola Razr 40 Ultra and Razr 40 Ultra are official. The phones are the latest additions to the company’s flagship Razr smartphones series. The Razr 40 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, the Razr 40 model comes with Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset.

The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will be available at a price of Rs 89,999 while the Motorola Razr 40 is priced at Rs 59,999.
The smartphones will go on sale from July 15 starting 12 pm on Amazon, Motorola.in, Reliance Digital and other leading retail stores. Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will also be available on pre-booking starting July 3, 6 pm onwards on Amazon.in.

For Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, users will get Rs 7,000 instant cashback/ discount on ICICI bank credit card and credit card EMI transactions that will make the price Rs 82,999.
For Motorola Razr 40, users will get Rs 5,000 instant cashback/ discount on ICICI bank credit card and credit card EMI transactions that will make the price Rs 54,999.
Alternatively, customers can avail an Exchange Bump up offer of Rs 3,000 over the exchange value of an old device. Reliance Jio is also offering benefits worth Rs 15,000 on both Motorola Razr 40 Ultra and Razr 40.
Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, Razr 40 specifications
The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra comes with a 3.6-inch pOLED display with 144Hz adaptive refresh rate and supports multiple apps when the device is closed. It is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
Users can view more at a glance, access content which matters the most, respond to messages, take a selfie, get directions, play games and listen to music on Spotify, among others.
On the inside, The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra smartphone gets a 6.9-inch pOLED screen with the highest screen refresh rate of 165Hz and peak brightness of 1400 nits. It comes with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM + 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra comes with a 12MP main camera sensor with Instant Dual Pixel PDAF and f/1.5 aperture lens with OIS. It comes with a Night Vision mode for video when shooting in low-light environments. There is a secondary 13MP ultrawide + macro vision camera which allows for wide-angle shots that fit 3X more into the frame than a standard lens.
Users can also flip open Razr 40 Ultra and use the 32MP front camera for selfies and video calls. The Razr 40 Ultra has a 33W TurboPower charger in the box, supports wireless charging on a 3800mAh battery.
The vanilla model comes with a 6.9-inch FHD+ pOLED main display and 1.5-inch OLED outer display. There is also a difference between the camera setup. The vanilla model features a 64MP main camera with OIS, a 13MP Ultrawide + Macro Vision lens on the rear and a 32 MP camera on the front.
Additionally, the phone comes in 8GB LPDDR4X + 256GB UFs 2.2 configuration, runs Android 13 and is promised to get upgraded to Android 14, 15 and 16 in addition to 4 years of security updates. It has a IP52 dust and water resistant rating. It comes with a 4,200mAh battery with 33W charger in the box.
