The rider goes down very hard and tumbles down the road before coming to a stop.
He’s very lucky he had his helmet on as he went face-first into the road, but what happens next is shocking.
The lamp post that was hit is damaged and slowly begins to fall over towards the driver.
The rider is just picking himself up and turning around as the lamp post hits him directly on the head.
The force throws him back down onto the ground and luckily the rest of the lamp post falls to the side.
A caption at the end of the video reads: ‘Wearing helmet can save you once, twice, thrice and multiple times.’
People couldn’t believe how lucky the rider was when commenting on the Twitter video.
One said: “Please catch hold of the guy who installed the light pole.. it was not done properly..and a helmet is a must for everyone.”
Another simply said: “Omg.”
