THIS is the shocking moment a reckless moped driver narrowly cheated death after pulling out in front of a car without looking.
The dramatic clip shows the careless biker force the panicked motorist to brake sharply – causing his car to spin as it grinds to a halt.

Caught on CCTV on an Indian highway and shared on YouTube, the moped driver can be seen sitting in front of a shop.
He the suddenly decides to pull quickly onto the other side of the road without looking.
As he starts crossing to the left hand lane, he takes a glance behind him and notices a car hurtling towards him.
He tries to steer the bike away from the car – but it was too little too late as the motorist was forced to swerve and slam on the brakes.
Amazingly, the car missed hitting the moped driver by just a few centimetres.
But the panicked situation caused the driver to lose control of car as it span and stopped on the other side of the road.
It comes after another horror clip showed a driver overtaking other cars on a blind corner, forcing oncoming traffic to swerve out of the way.
Another motorist who was driving behind captured the near-miss on his dashcam.
The clip from the road in North Berwick, East Lothian has provoked an angry reaction from TikTok users who rounded on the motorist and all criticised his driving.
The video shows the red Toyota Yaris driver pulling out into the right hand side of the road on a narrow country lane.
They then slowly drive along the wrong side of the road in an attempt to overtake a black cab in front.
As the Yaris approaches a bend in the road, a black car is shown coming around the corner and heading straight towards the overtaking car.
The two vehicles are then just inches away from crashing head-on into each other before the quick-thinking approaching driver swerves to the left and onto a grass verge.
The cars then flash their hazard lights to alert other cars to slow down behind them.
Bizarrely, the Toyota driver turns into a small lane just on the left from the near-miss – rendering the risky overtake completely pointless.
