But the 27-year-old’s cheeky antics could land her in trouble.

In theory, there’s a chance she could be convicted of indecent exposure – but only if a court found she’d flashed intentionally to cause alarm or distress.

The crime carries a maximum sentence of two years in prison following a crown court trial.

Most cases are heard in the magistrates’ court, where a sentence of up to six months behind bars or a fine can be imposed.

Those convicted may also have their names added to the sex offenders’ register.

Football fans who streak at games and perverts who flash victims are among those who can be dealt with under the law.

It’s believed the 12-second clip was filmed in Thanet, Kent.

It shows pretty Billie Louise, who says she’s in one of the top OnlyFans performers worldwide, skipping up to the safety barrier.

She glances quickly back at the camera before lifting her top and jumping while waving her hands in the air, Kent Online reports.

The tweet was originally posted last month, but resurfaced yesterday.

The performer, who charges around £12 per month for her content, had a number of replies.

Most were complimentary – including one from a US lorry driver who posted: “Thank you for your service.”

Another quipped: “Holy moly, those are perfect.”

But one follower posted the message: “Indecent exposure in Thanet.”

Under UK laws, Billie Louise would have been fine if she’d decided to drive naked – but only if she hadn’t intended to cause shock or upset.

However, if she’d deliberately splashed a pedestrian with her car, she’d have been in trouble.

Police could have issued her with a £5,000 fine in that hypothetical instance if it was proved she was driving in a manner that “amounts to a clear act of incompetence, selfishness, impatience, and aggressiveness”.

Under section three of the Road Traffic Act 1988, it’s to splash someone as it amounts to driving “without reasonable consideration for other persons”.
