Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury have confirmed they are engaged with a romantic post on social media.
More than four years after they first met on ITV’s reality dating show, Love Island, Tommy, 24, got down on one knee and asked Molly-Mae, also 24, to be his wife.
In a black and white video posted to her Instagram, Molly-Mae could be seen wiping away tears as she walked down to a picturesque cliffside.
At the bottom stood her now-fiancé – waiting for her arrival and holding their daughter, Bambi.
As the former Creative Director of Pretty Little Thing held the tot, Tommy pulled out a dazzling diamond ring and proposed before they shared a kiss.
Molly-Mae captioned the video, which she shared with her eight million social media followers: “Forever. 23/07/23,” alongside a ring and crying emoji.
The couple’s famous friends rushed to share their congratulations, with Gemma Collins commenting: “So happy for you congratulations.”
Love Island host Maya Jama added: “WE LOVE TO SEE IT! Congratulations you cuteys.”
“Ahhhh my goodness, congratulations gorgeous people,” fellow former contestant Olivia Bowden shared.
Olivia Attwood posted: “Congratulations !!!!” while Molly Smith added: “Congratulations!!!!”
The proposal comes four years after the 24-year-olds made their relationship official while appearing on season five of Love Island.
Entering the ITV villa on day four, the Manchester bombshell was quick to couple up with Tommy after the public selected him to meet her in the hideaway hot tub.
The pair were crowned runners-up on the 2019 show, with Amber Rose Gill and Greg O’Shea taking the title.
Following their exit from the villa, the couple temporarily moved into Molly-Mae’s Manchester flat before deciding to buy their own apartment.
In September 2022, the businesswoman announced that she and her partner were expecting their first child.
Sharing the news on Instagram, Molly-Mae posted a clip of her Love Island 2019 finale speech and said: “I can’t wait for the adventures that we haven’t even dreamed of yet.”
The video, which was also in black and white, then cut to the couple holding Hague’s baby bump.
The first time parents welcomed their daughter, Bambi, into the world on January 23 2023.
