The married couple, who are expecting their fourth child, dazzled at the star-studded awards ceremony on Sunday, where Michael was doing the honours of presenting.
It was hard to miss Luisana as she shone bright in a glamorous midnight blue sequin minidress with a feathered hem that hugged her growing baby bump.
Haven’t Met You Yet singer Michael looked like the cat that got the cream and couldn’t wipe the smile from his face as he stood behind Luisana while cradling her baby bump, and looking dapper in a navy suit.
Prior to their arrival, the couple shared a cute Instagram reel where they appear dressed casually before suddenly getting dressed up in their red carpet outfits and hopping on a private jet.
‘Babies first billboard awards,’ the video was captioned, adding: ‘Best red carpet ever !!! Just the 3 of us !!!’
Michael and Luisana announced earlier this year that they were expecting their fourth child; they are already parents to sons Noah, eight, and Elias, six, and daughter Vida, three.
However, the Feeling Good singer recently revealed how they’re determined to make this pregnancy particularly special as they have no plans on expanding their family.
Speaking to People magazine, Michael said: ‘We’re really trying to be present with the pregnancy because, most likely, it’s the last time.
‘I want it to be really special for [Luisana], and I know it goes really fast. Since it’s probably the last one, I just want to make sure that we’re really enjoying every second of it. I love taking care of her.’
He added: ‘If it’s a little boy, my boys want to name him after themselves, which doesn’t work.
‘If it’s a girl, my daughter has decided that Snowy for Snow White is what the girl would be named. I think we need help.’
