Meta will support 100 Indian developers to work on open-source project: Nick Clegg, president of global affairs

Meta Inc, the parent company of Facebook, will support an extended reality (XR) open-source fellowship programme to enable nearly 100 Indian developers to work on an open-source project, the company said on Tuesday.

Clegg, began his India tour on Monday meeting Minister of State for Electronics and IT Rajeev Chandrasekhar and the two discussed the new Digital Personal Data Protection Bill and India’s growing role in the global digital landscape, sources said.
