Megaworld eyes P6.5B in sales from Cubao residential tower
MANILA -Property giant Megaworld Corp. is targeting to generate sales of about P6.5 billion from a newly-launched residential tower in the Manhattan Garden City complex in Cubao, Quezon City.
Dubbed Laurent Park, the project will have 39-stories offering nearly 800 “smart home” type units. The development will be turned over in 2029.
Laurent Park is the third tower in the Manhattan Garden complex, a residential enclave that was built over a decade ago.
“Laurent Park sits on a very strategic location as it will soon rise within Araneta City in Cubao, Quezon City, which is known now as the central transportation and mobility hub of Metro Manila. This will allow future residents to enjoy unparalleled convenience and seamless connections to different cities and provinces,” said Eugene Lozano, first vice president for sales and marketing at Megaworld Manhattan Garden City.
“In addition, this development is also surrounded by a variety of topnotch establishments and other must-experience locators within Araneta City, which only strengthens its position as the ultimate lifestyle address to experience it all,” he added.
Laurent Park will offer a variety of units, from studio cuts (29 square meters) to three-bedroom units (132.5 sqm).
“All units at Laurent Park will come with digital door locksets, as well as wireless smart home systems that can be accessed remotely using a dedicated phone app,” the builder said.
“This gives residents the ease and convenience of controlling several unit features, including lighting fixtures and other smart appliances in the living, kitchen, and dining areas as well as the bedroom,” it added.
The project will also feature six “thematic sky lounges: located in various floors across the tower.
Megaworld said sustainable design features such to promote water conservation as well as occupancy sensors in hallways and parking floors that help conserve energy.
