Marvel’s Iron Man: EA Motive is Using Unreal Engine 5 to Develop the Upcoming Game
EA is currently working on some exciting projects, and one of the most highly anticipated ones is the upcoming Iron Man game. For those who may not be aware, EA and Marvel have entered into a three-game deal, with the first game being a third-person, action-adventure Iron Man title developed by Motive Studio. In a recent job listing, it has been revealed which engine is being used for the development of this new EA title.
Spotted by InsiderGaming, a job listing has revealed that the team working on the Iron Man game is currently seeking an audio software developer who is proficient in using Unreal Engine 5. In the responsibilities section of the listing, potential candidates will find that the audio software developers are expected to “integrate audio assets, implement sound effects, music, voiceovers, and interactive audio elements using Unreal Engine 5.”
Furthermore, in the qualifications section of the listing, players will see that the Audio Software Developer should be proficient in Unreal Engine 5’s audio system, should know how to work with audio components, audio graphs, sound cues and Unreal’s Blueprints Visual Scripting.
