Mark Wright fears he cheated on Michelle Keegan ‘with a ghost’
Mark Wright stayed the night in Chillingham Castle, one of the most haunted buildings in Britain, as part of his BBC show A Wright Family Holiday last week.
The TV personality has been vocal in his belief, and fear, of ghosts throughout the new series and was worried something may have happened during the night while he was sleeping.
The 36-year-old went to sleep in his underwear but woke up completely naked, leaving him debating if “it would be classed as cheating” if a raunchy ghost had “a little slap and tickle” with him.
He added: “Most haunted castle in the world and I didn’t see one…unless I slept through it.”
Unfortunately, this isn’t Mark’s first encounter of the supernatural kind, despite his fear of ghosts.

He previously admitted he believes there could be some spirits in the home he shares with his wife Michelle Keegan.
The former footballer told Woman’s Own that, after the pair started watching an unusual amount of horror films, he became a bit paranoid.
Mark shared: “I’m the man of the house so if something happens she just goes to sleep and I’m the one lying thinking, ‘Is that the ghost from that film in this room?’.”
The couple have been married since 2015. The presenter previously noted that, being in the same industry as his actress wife, they often spotted each other at events and told the Private Parts podcast that he “chased her” for “about a year”.
He also revealed that fans almost predicted their relationship as, after a string of coincidental meetups at various events, from charity dinners to the National Television Awards, fans began speculating over their budding romance before it had actually started.
However, after getting married the couple found a new set of challenges as Mark’s presenting work took him to America while Michelle largely filmed in Europe and the UK.
Mark admitted: “It was tough. I’m a married man, living in Hollywood, but without my wife.
“After a while you start to think, ‘What’s most important? Your dreams or your happiness?'”
His new BBC show, where he adventures around the UK with his father and brother, is also based on this premise, as the star explains in his intro: “If the last few years have taught me anything it’s that nothing is as important as family.”
