Man City may already have ideal £21m answer to Harry Kane transfer issue
Manchester City have been relentless in their pursuit to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham this summer as Pep Guardiola looks to find the missing piece of the jigsaw in his quest for Champions League glory. But time is running out for the City boss to land his man.
Spurs chairman Daniel Levy continues to rebuff City’s advances as he battles to hold onto his superstar striker.
Levy has already turned down offers of £100million and £125m for Kane and reports suggest that he could even reject a bid of £150m before transfer deadline day.
City will be doing all they can to turn Levy’s head, but they could be set for disappointment once the 11pm deadline passes next Tuesday.
If the Citizens can’t agree a deal for Kane, they could be forced to look elsewhere.
But, according to Gary Neville, City may in fact already have the perfect man to lead the line.

He has appeared mainly on the right of City’s attack but has been used through the middle on occasion.
Torres started at centre-forward in Saturday’s clash with Norwich City, as City romped to a thumping 5-0 victory.
Gabriel Jesus, who was originally expected to be Sergio Aguero’s natural replacement, started that game on the right.
Torres has impressed in City’s opening two games of the season and will be hoping to get more opportunities in Guardiola’s side in the coming weeks.
But it remains to be seen whether he could offer City anywhere near the firepower Kane would inevitably provide.
