The returning bombshell left the villa before the final with Welsh paramedic Paige Thorne, and the couple have been going from strength to strength since their Love Island stint, splitting time between Newcastle and Swansea.
Somehow fit into his busy schedule, the 26-year-old revealed he landed on a video call with Hollywood actresses Cara and Margot, all thanks to Love Island host Laura Whitmore.
Spilling the tea on his Youtube channel, Adam confessed: ‘So we’re sitting there during the Aftersun Reunion and Laura Whitmore comes up to us, Paige was in the toilet.
‘Laura was like, “My friends want to meet you and Paige, will you FaceTime them?”, so I was like, “Yeah, yeah” and I FaceTimed them.
‘Paige was in the toilet so I jumped on myself. She was like, “These are my two friends,” so I was talking to them for a couple of minutes.
‘They looked like they were in Mexico or Bali or somewhere like that, the connection was really bad and they were getting cut off.
‘Just before they cut off Laura was just ready to end the call and the penny dropped – it was Margot Robbie and Cara Delevigne.’
He added: ‘I could not believe it.’
The Wolf of Wall Street actress and her friends posed for pictures shared to social media in an array of colourful bikinis and swimming costumes, with her pal tagging the location of the picture as Casa Amor.
Despite having been an avid viewer for years, the Suicide Squad actress admitted last year that she struggled to get too into it.
While being interviewed alongside her Suicide Squad co-star Idris Elba, Margot said on Lorraine that she ‘adores Love Island so much’, a love that she shares with the writer and director of the DC film, James Gunn.
‘He’s also a huge Love Island fan and we would talk about it all the time. We probably spoke about Love Island more than we spoke about this film when we were on set, we had our drink bottles on set,’ she said.
‘The current season, I haven’t really gotten into it yet, I’m struggling to get into it this season, but you know, it’s still early days and with the lag time of when you get the episodes in America, so I’m a little behind, but I adore it. I adore the show,’ she added.
