Love Island spoilers reveal Paige Thorne set to move on after Jacques exit
Viewers watched Jacques leave the villa earlier this week in very emotional scenes, after his romance with Paige hit the rocks post-Casa Amor.
This was further heightened by the arrival of former islander Adam, who re-entered the villa as a bombshell earlier this week.
Since Jacques made his decision to leave, Paige’s head is starting to turn from the rugby star to the personal trainer.
And it’s seems there’s possibility of a new romance to come, according to spoilers ahead of Friday night’s episode.
Speaking to close pal Dami Hope, Paige explains how she’s been feeling since Jacques left and Adam arrived.
She shares: ‘When Jacques was in here, we weren’t exactly the most perfect couple going on – there were some bumps in the road.
‘That’s still not taking away the feelings and connection I had with him for sure.
‘Since he’s been gone, I feel like everything happens for a reason. I’m enjoying my time getting to know Adam.’
A supportive Dami tells her: ‘I’m enjoying seeing you happy. It just seems very natural for you guys. It’s nice to get to know him.’
When he asks whether there’s potential for the pair’s connection to blossom, Paige far from rules it out.
She reveals: ‘Potential for me personally I would say yes. I don’t know what he’s saying… which really infuriates me.’
But she’s quickly reassured: ‘He’s only saying good things man. He seems really set on you at this moment in time.’
Will Adam and Paige decide to step their flirtations up a gear?
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
