In a life update to her fans, Jodi Sta. Maria shared that she had enrolled herself in a culinary school to pursue a certificate program in cooking and baking.

The actress described herself as a “lifelong student” as she showed moments from her first week in the program, through her Instagram page last Sunday, March 19.

“Started my week unlocking and learning new skills. Enrolled at [Center for Asian Culinary Studies] to take up Certificate Program in Cooking and Baking Skills,” she said in the caption.

Some of the dishes Sta. Maria was able to prepare in her first week were tenderloin fillet mignon with sauce bearnaise, paella, risotto, baby back ribs and Caesar salad with smoked salmon.

“Excited for another full week ahead with CACS,” she stated. “The beautiful thing about learning is that no one can take it from you.”

Fellow celebrities commended Sta. Maria, while fans expressed their admiration for the actress for inspiring them to never stop learning.
