LOOK: Arjo Atayde introduces Maine Mendoza to his Lola Rose
Maine Mendoza is getting to know more of her boyfriend Arjo Atayde’s relatives as he introduced her to loved ones from his mother Sylvia Sanchez’s side of the family.
The “Eat Bulaga” host got to meet Atayde’s grandmother Lola Rose, as well as his aunt Janice and uncle Kenneth, and they appeared to have shared a meal together, as seen on Sanchez’s Instagram page yesterday, Nov. 30.
“Maraming salamat mga anak Arjo at Maine kahit napakabusy niyo parehong dalawa. Naglaan kayo pareho ng oras para ipakilala mo Arjo si Maine kay Tita Janice, Tito Kenneth at kay Lola Rose mo,” Sanchez told the couple.
(Thank you very much Arjo and Maine that, though you are both very busy, Arjo took the time to introduce Maine to his aunt Janice, uncle Kenneth and grandma Rose.)
“Napakasaya ng puso ko. Salamat mga anak. Truly appreciated! Love [you] both,” she added. (My heart is very happy. Thank you. Truly appreciated! Love you both.)
Mendoza and Atayde, who have been together for three years now, got engaged last July. Recently, they went on a trip to Europe for Atayde’s birthday.
Earlier this month, Mendoza also admitted she was getting tired of calling out fans who insisted that she and her former love team partner Alden Richards were married and had kids. She recalled sending direct messages to the said netizens, but that they would not believe her side on the issue. /ra
