Logan Paul suffers meniscus, MCL and ACL injuries halfway through WWE match

The controversial YouTuber – who signed a deal with the wrestling giant earlier this year and fought for the Undisputed WWE Universal Title in just his third ever match on Saturday evening – has shared a picture of himself with his foot elevated and his knee iced up in a medical room after the show.

He revealed: ‘Torn meniscus, MCL & potentially ACL happened halfway through the match. Keep y’all updated’.

In an Instagram video, Logan – who was backed by his brother Jake during the bout – quipped: ‘It’s light.’

Logan didn’t reveal exactly what caused the injury, and fans never noticed at the time, with people praising his performance during and after the bout.

Thankfully, he seems to be in good spirits as he smiles for the camera and flashes a thumbs up.

‘Damn and you still killed it. Speedy recovery,’ replied one fan, while another added: ‘Damn, that’s brutal. All the best healing up’.

A third follower tweeted: ‘I didn’t get to watch the match yet but the fact that you kept going when you could’ve packed it in is incredible. It’s clear you want to be there and are showing it by finishing the match’.

And a fourth admirer wrote: ‘Halfway through the match and you still finished it and had an absolute banger! Mad respect. Heal up and come back asap! Feel better man.’

The challenger made an entrance, live streaming on Instagram as he came down from the sky on a huge elevated platform, and once he was joined in the ring by Reigns it was time to get down to business.

After impressing in his debut at WrestleMania and first singles match at SummerSlam, Logan raised his game yet again here, showing a great understanding of the business and taking risks as he jumped from the top rope through a table at ringside.
