A TINY beach has opened just in time for the summer with amazing views of the water.
Pebble Beach in Plymouth was forced to close in May after the rock formations on the cliff walls were deemed unstable by the local council.

New improvements have attached netting to the rocky outcrop and attached it to the wall.
A grille was also added to the beach sea cave.
Car parking has reopened to the public on Hoe Road again.
Chris Penberthy, cabinet member for communities said they were pleased they could reopen in time for the summer holidays.
He said: “I’m really pleased to be able to open Pebble Beach, and in time for the summer holidays as we previously promised.
“The beach may only be small, but we know how popular it is with families, swimmers, stand-up paddle boarders, snorkelers … the list goes on.
“I look forward to see people enjoying it over the next six weeks and beyond.”
The beach sits between the Chinese restaurant Wet Wok and Spanish restaurant Maritimo, just down from the popular Tyneside Lido.
The tucked-away pebble beach isn’t known by many tourists, not being on Google Maps.
However, the steep steps down also have amazing views out over the water.
Plymouth was last month named the top city in England to live with the happiest residents.
Not only that, but the hotspot, also called Britain’s Ocean City was voted the most underrated place to visit in the UK.
A tiny island off the coast of Plymouth could even soon become a new holiday resort.
Hopefully it will be easier to get there too – with hopes for Plymouth Airport to reopen after more than a decade.
