Get ready for a trip to Lidl this weekend because the popular Silvercrest Air Fryer 2.2L is back.

Lidl has decided to bring back its sell-out air fryer, which will be available to customers nationwide from Sunday while stocks last.

With sales of air fryers increasing up to 3000% since this time last year, with some air fryers up 2000% since the summer, according to price comparison website PriceRunner, Lidl’s version is the cheapest of its size currently on the market at £49.99.

Air fryers have been popular for years now and are a great way to cook meals with less oil.

Customers looking to purchase Lidl’s Silvercrest Air Fryer 2.2L can use it to grill, bake or fry multiple dishes for the family to enjoy within a matter of minutes.

Are air fryers energy efficient?

Research by Utilita in August 2022 found that air fryers run at £55.91 on average per year, compared to gas cookers which run at £121.06 and electric cookers at £335.57.

Air fryers could be a great way to help reduce energy bills, and estimates from Utilita suggest that they could save users up to £279.66 per year.

Lidl’s Silvercrest Air Fryer is available in stores nationwide from Sunday November 13, while stocks last.
