The couple, who confirmed their reunion back in September after calling off their engagement, looked chic in matching black outfits as they walked together.
The duo had been at George Tabor-King’s swanky birthday party at the luxe Leicester Square hotel The Londoner.
Former One Direction star Liam, 28, gave his smart black suit and T-shirt a twist with a belt around his waist, matched with chunky combat boots.
His 22-year-old partner Maya also kept things simple in a black long-sleeved maxi dress, with an eye-catching embellished silver plate detail and feathers at the cuffs.
The model pulled her long brown hair back in a sleek bun, and paired her dress with metallic heels and a small black handbag.
She also couldn’t help but wave her hard-to-miss engagement ring on the date night.
Maya was also seen rocking the £3million diamond ring earlier this week as she left Mayfair’s Amazonico after a luxurious dinner.
She also posted a photo of herself on Instagram during the meal, with her bling firmly on display.
This marked the first time she been seen sporting it since the couple initially called off their engagement in June – but they are yet to confirm whether this now means that they will be walking up the aisle.
The two have been together for three years, after Liam split up from his previous partner Cheryl, who he shares four-year-old son Bear with.
Maya and Liam were first seen together after a temporary break in August, enjoying a late-night stroll together through St- Tropez after attending a luxury yacht party.
Last month, they packed on the PDA as they attended the premiere of the animated movie Ron’s Gone Wrong, in which the Strip That Down singer has a new song, Sunshine.
