Kyle Echarri’s wish for his 20th birthday is to give back to his family
As Kapamilya celebrity Kyle Echarri turns 20 on June 20, he said that his wish is to be able to take care and give back to his family all the love and care that they bestowed on him and his late sister Bella over the years.
Following his birthday production number in variety program “ASAP Natin ‘To,” the singer-actor revealed his two wishes for his upcoming special day.
The “Kadenang Ginto” star who has expressed his love and closeness to his family in a number of interviews, shared that one of his wishes as he turns a year older is that he gets “to take care of my family the way they took care of Bella.” Bella is Echarri’s younger sister who passed away in April due to brain tumor. The two have an older brother, Anthony.
Echarri, who considers his late sister “my angel,” dedicated one of his wishes to her. “My number one wish has always been—Bella, I know she’s watching me right now. I hope she’s happy,” shared the former “Pinoy Big Brother” housemate who also paid tribute to his late sister on Instagram last month to commemorate the first month since she “reunited with lolo.”
Standing beside Echarri, TV host Robi Domingo told him, “Actually, whatever happens, you got a family right here, and this [“ASAP Natin ‘To”] family loves you so much.”
The “Lyric and Beat” actor, on his Instagram Stories, also sent love to his “papa” on Father’s Day. Uploading a photo of his father and Bella, he told him, “Happy Father’s Day to the man I aspire to be when I’m older. I love and admire you so much, papa. [T]hank you for everything.”
Echarri started his career in the entertainment industry as a semifinalist in the second season of “The Voice Kids Philippines,” competing under Sarah Geronimo’s team. He would eventually record and release full-length albums “It’s Me, Kyle,” and “New Views.” EDV
