KK’s Antim Yatra begins; Salim Merchant and others visit to pay their last respects

While the world is still grappling to accept the reality of KK passing away, his final journey has commenced in Mumbai. The popular Bollywood singer died of a severe heart attack on May 31st while he was performing at a college event in Kolkata. He was just 53 and it came as a shock to the entertainment industry.

His mortal remains were brought back to Mumbai last evening. This morning saw the arrival of respected members of the music industry coming to pay their last respects to the singing sensation. Salim Merchant who has collaborated with KK on multiple projects was clicked on arriving. The final rites are taking place later in the day.
