Kate Middleton is ‘a breath of fresh air’ at Imperial War Museum – ‘a beauty’

Kate Middleton arrived at the Imperial Museum to open two new galleries, The Second World War Galleries and The Holocaust Galleries. The Duchess of Cambridge appeared to be wearing a floor-length navy blue coat, which was perfect for the cold November weather. Kate decided to re-wear her Catherine Walker bespoke coat.

Kate also appropriately wore a red poppy on her coat for Remembrance Day tomorrow.

The Duchess also wore a stunning blue belt on her trousers to tie the outfit together.

For her jewellery, Kate was wearing her £300,000 engagement ring which previously belonged to her late mother-in-law Princess Diana.

Matching this, the Duchess chose similar sapphire drop earrings to perfectly go with her ring.

DON’T MISS:

Kate wore minimal makeup with pale pink lipstick and had her hair in its usual wavy brunette style.

Twitter user Ahmed Gabr wrote: “The Duchess looks very nice.”

Another, Evan Campbell added: “A beauty true and true.

“Seeing her gives much light to the darkness of things going on today.”

She could even be heard saying: “Come and give me a cuddle” to Mr Frank, which impressed royal fans online.

A fan account for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge tweeted: “Aw that’s so nice!

“I loved that she hugged him like a friend… she doesn’t do that often on engagements so it was special for sure.”

The exhibition will be on display at the museum until January 2022.

Video clips were also released of Kate viewing the inside of a typical 1940s house inside the museum, where she could be seen laughing with the museum’s director.
