The Princess of Wales has been meeting local and national male rugby players at Maidenhead Rugby Club to discuss their Shaping Us campaign.
To mark the visit, she wore a sporty get up, involving Lululemon trainers, Sweaty Betty yoga pants and simple hooped earrings.
As the Patron of Rugby Football Union, she participated in rugby drills, then heard about how sports clubs can create a network of support for families when raising children.
The Shaping Us campaign was launched by Kate herself and the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood last year.

If today’s look has got you in the mood to shop, we’ve found the exact pair of trainers she wore.
Let shopping Kate’s style commence.
Orelia Chain Huggie Hoop Earrings, £18
