Kamal Haasan joins Prabhas and Rana Daggubati in the US for Project K’s first look at Comic Con
The upcoming movie Project K, directed by Nag Ashwin, is all set to make history by being the first Indian film to be showcased at the San Diego Comic-Con in 2023. Recently, the makers shared a picture of Kamal Haasan, a renowned actor, who has arrived in the US and will be joining the rest of the cast for the unveiling of Project K’s teaser at Comic-Con.
Vyjayanthi Movies, the production banner, posted a picture of Kamal Haasan on Instagram on Wednesday. The photo showed the universal hero walking on the streets of America and the caption read, “Good morning AmeriKa. Ulaga Nayagan @ikamalhaasan in the streets of USA.”
In the picture, the actor can be seen wearing a blue and grey casual outfit with a matching cap while taking a walk on an empty street. The tall buildings in the background add to the scenic beauty of the photo as he looks straight into the camera.
Kamal Haasan, Prabhas and Rana Daggubati arrived in the US one day prior to the San Diego Comic-Con event for their film Project K. Earlier reports had suggested that Amitabh Bachchan would also be present at the event.
Prabhas and Rana were recently spotted in a picture posted by the production house, with their backs facing the camera, standing in front of a signboard that read ‘Hollywood’. They were both wearing T-shirts that had ‘What is Project K’ written on them. The caption read, “The men have landed in the USA. See you in San Diego on July 20th. @actorprabhas @ranadaggubati.”
The first glimpse of the film will be revealed by the Project K team during the Thursday event at San Diego Comic-Con, which is scheduled from July 20-23.
