Joan Collins looks ageless as she marks milestone with rarely-seen daughter

The award-winning actress, 90, posted about her third child, 51, who is lesser known in the public eye.

She shared with her 329,000 followers: “Happy to celebrate my beautiful daughter Katy’s birthday with a lovely dinner party with all her friends.”

Other fans replied: “She has your gorgeous features and smile!” and “Such a beautiful photo of you both.”

The Dynasty star showcased her age-defying looks in a blue off-the-shoulder outfit paired with several silver necklaces and red lipstick.

Her daughter looked equally happy with a black headband and a patterned blouse.

Daughter Katyana Kass, also known as Katy, was born in 1972 and her dad Ron Kass, was Joan’s third husband.

When Katyana was eight, she was involved in what Joan described as the “worst thing that ever happened” in her documentary, This Is Joan Collins.

She stated that Katy “was knocked down by a car and sustained very serious brain injuries and I was told that she was going to die”.

With Katy in a coma, Joan’s marriage with Ron started to decline.

The couple eventually split in 1983 and remained close until his death in 1986.

Whilst Joan’s other two children have made some appearances in public as both a producer and an artist, Katy is only often seen through posts by her mother.

Their last public outing was in Henlow earlier in the year when the two relaxed at a spa weekend with Joan’s fifth husband Percy Gibson, 58.

Earlier this week, The Road to Hong Kong star showed off her usual glamorous self when she attended the Victoria and Albert Museum summer party in London.

The Golden Age of Hollywood starlet stunned in a champagne gold sequin gown with a matching metallic cape.

The star was joined by her husband, who was dressed in a navy suit and the pair recently celebrated their 20^th anniversary together.
