Jeremy Clarkson’s daughter gives ‘painful’ update after jaw broken ‘Got two slipped discs’

Jeremy Clarkson’s daughter Emily Clarkson took to Instagram and shared an update after having her jaw broken and mouth wired shut in February. The 27-year-old, who is the daughter of The Grand Tour star and his ex-wife Frances Cain, explained she still has two “painful” slipped discs in her jaw.

Taking to the picture-sharing site, Emily urged her 210,000 followers to ask her questions.

One social media user quizzed the journalist on her recent surgery to realign her jaw.

The person in question asked: “How’s your jaw and mouth and face situation?”

Emily admitted her condition had “improved” a lot but doesn’t want to undergo further surgery.

Earlier this year, Emily shared a candid photo following her surgery where her jaw was broken and wired shut.

At the time, the journalist explained she was feeling stressed out before receiving an outpouring of support.

She wrote: “A week ago I had my jaw broken and wired shut and I keep looking at photos of me eating crisps (don’t ask I don’t know why I have so many) and just thinking holy f*** what I wouldn’t do to be eating crisps right now.”

Emily admitted for weeks she ignored her cravings for crisps in a bid to lose weight but was disappointed in herself for not just eating the “bad foods” while she had the chance.

She went on: “And now I’m sitting with screws in my gums and elastic bands hooked around them and we’re syringing soup in because I need the nutrition.

“But won’t be able to eat for weeks and I don’t give a flying f***ing s**t about the size of the sodding tracksuits I’ve got on rotations.”

Her loyal following offered their well wishes, as one wrote: “Wow, hope you heal up quickly. I think you’re amazing, by the way. Take care.”

Another added: “Sorry about your jaw. I hope all is well soon. Sending so much love.”
