The couple, who tied the knot last October in an intimate London ceremony in front of around 30 friends and family, and welcomed their baby son Raphael the following month, appear to have been enjoying a sun-soaked getaway.
Posting photos as part of her tribute, Swedish model Frida led with a photo of herself next to Jamie on the deck of a yacht, with Frida in a yellow bikini top and patterned red maxiskirt and former footballer Jamie in blue swimming trunks.
She also shared a candid James Bond-esque shot of Jamie emerging from the sea’s waves, as well as a cute photo of them together in smart navy outfits, back on the boat’s deck and gazing into each other’s eyes, smiling.
‘Happy Birthday Sötnos,’ she captioned her upload. ‘What a smashing guy you are, inside out.
‘Cool, super funny, silly, handsome, kind, an amazing daddy to your three boys and the best husband! Love you lots! Have the best day.’
Frida also included a picture of Jamie reading Raphael a story as they lay on the floor next to one another in loungewear, with a little football by his son’s feet.
Followers shared birthday wishes for Jamie on the post, with Boris Becker’s ex-wife Lilly writing: ‘We’ve got the same bday so he must be super cool funny living and awesome ???????? happy birthday ❤️’
‘Gorgeous couple. Happy birthday @jamie.redknapp!!’ wrote another.
Pundit Jamie married 38-year-old Frida four years after divorcing ex-wife Louise Redknapp, with whom he shares two older sons, Charley, 17, and 13-year-old Beau.
He was married to the former Eternals singer for 19 years.
Frida also has four children – three boys and one girl – from her marriage to 58-year-old US hedge fund manager Jonathan Lourie.
Jamie previously had his followers in stitches when he fashioned Raphael’s hair into an impressive Mohican, ahead of meeting football legend and family friend Ruud Gullit.
‘Hoping some [football] magic rubs off from the great man @ruudgullit,’ he joked alongside a photo of Raphael on Ruud’s knee.
