Last evening, a national daily took to their social media to share an update about Jacqueline Fernandez. The actress is in Delhi and is being questioned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The questioning is apparently related to a money laundering case.
The tweet by the daily portal states, “Enforcement Directorate (ED) is questioning Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez in Delhi for the last five hours, in a money laundering case.” A daily reports that she’s being questioned as a witness. Jacqueline Fernandez has not said anything yet and neither her team has reverted anything on the same.
Jacqueline Fernandez had recently bought a new house in Mumbai. There were rumours that the actress will move into her new house with her boyfriend. The actress has been shooting non-stop this entire year. She started the year with shooting for Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus and Akshay Kumar starrer Bachchan Pandey. Then she moved to shooting for Ram Setu which yet again teams her up with Akshay Kumar.
The actress will be next seen in horror-comedy Bhoot Police where she teams up with Arjun Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and Yami Gautam. Bhoot Police releases on an OTT platform in September and the film’s trailer has left the audiences intrigued.
