“It’s All About Him” – Danai Gurira Reveals That the Black Panther Sequel Will Be an ‘Outpouring of Love’ for Chadwick Boseman
The world lost a bright star in 2020, when Black Panther actor Chadwick Boseman passed away unexpectedly.
Boseman had starred in multiple critically and commercially successful movies before his death related to colon cancer complications. While many will remember his performances in movies like 42, Marshall and Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, it’s his turn as King T’Challa aka Black Panther that fans will remember him the most for.
Which is why, it’s quite hard to imagine a scenario for Marvel Studios to pull off a sequel without its leading star. But, Okoye actress Danai Gurira believes that Ryan Coogler and his team have done their best to honor Boseman in the upcoming sequel.

Along with that, she even stated that Boseman will never be forgotten for his portrayal as the King of Wakanda, and the film won’t be shying away from paying the actor the respect that he rightfully deserves.
In the end, fans are quite intrigued to see how the franchise will progress without its leading star, and it will be interesting to see how the movie will handle the mantle and the storyline without the presence of Chadwick Boseman.
