Twitter also tends to erupt with people complaining of outages when the network is down – so check out the social media platform for complaints in near real-time.

The website’s official social media profiles are also expected to release a statement if the outage is likely to last an extended period of time.

However, this has not happened as of yet, and OnlyFans’ customer support Twitter account hasn’t posted since 2020.

There is also a section on the OnlyFans website which details if problems are being investigated and is updated once they are resolved.

This could be down to maintenance or the server simply being overloaded, for example.

But also be sure to run through this checklist, to ensure the problem isn’t on your end:

  • Make sure your Wi-Fi connection is strong
  • Clear your cache and cookies on your PC
  • Try opening the app in a different browser
