But she has never been asked to put on a steel woven onesie and be zapped with electricity.

Fair play.

If the awesome stunt had gone even slightly wrong, she risked being fried like that cat at Clark Griswold’s family Christmas.

Or Marv in the basement in Home Alone 2.

Car nut Jodie donned the Faraday suit to shoot an ad for Kia’s EV9, the first seven-seat electric SUV.

She said: “Do I need to write my will? Oh my God. It will be amazing, but right now, I’m terrified.”

Clearly, all worked out well in the end otherwise you’d be reading a very different story on the front page of this paper.

Jodie said after the electrocution: “Wow. That was quite mad.

“When you sit on the platform, the chainmail goes so tight against your face. I was just staring down the camera, just going . . .  ‘breathe, breathe, breathe’.”

After a quick costume change, hair and make-up, Jodie then posed for a second photoshoot with the EV9.

Computer whizzes merged the two pictures together to create the hero photo you see here.

Jodie said: “I was really nervous this morning. But the final image is going to be insane.”

It sure is.

Kia has confirmed the lush, long-range EV9 with rapid charging will start at £65k.

A lot of money.

But yet not a lot of money when you consider the cheapest Volvo EX90 will be £85k-plus.

The Range Rover EV when it comes in 2025 will be almost double that.
