IndMoney ropes in Dhruv Pathak as CTO

Bengaluru: Wealth management platform IndMoney has appointed Dhruv Pathak as its chief technology officer, the company said in a statement.

Pathak was a founding member of the technology team of travel app Goibibo, which was also founded by IndMoney founder and chief executive Ashish Kashyap. Founded in 2019, IndMoney allows users to track and organise their finances on a single platform and helps them invest across various financial instruments including mutual funds, fixed deposits, bonds and US stocks. It also helps users with wealth planning.

In March, IndMoney closed
its fresh fundraise at $86 million, valuing it at $650 million post-money.

With the fundraise, the company planned to launch a credit-card-based product for users, linked with its neo-bank. Recently, it also received the necessary licenses to roll out its stock trading platform, which will allow users to invest in Indian equities.

“I am elated to be a part of IndMoney team to put our sincere efforts in building tech driven trustworthy products. The solutions supercharge the efforts people put in managing and planning their financial life and to achieve their goals,” said Pathak.
