He is the fourth-highest run-getter in ODI cricket history after Sachin Tendulkar, Kumar Sangakkara and Ricky Ponting. Indian skipper Rohit Sharma is closer to the 10,000 run milestone in limited-over cricket as he has 9,825 runs currently.
