Imarticus Learning acquires HeroMindmine
This is the third acquisition for the Mumbai-based firm. It had previously acquired Skillenza and StartOnboard.
The revenue of HeroMindmine, which has 40+ employees, stood at Rs 12 crore in FY22.
“The acquisition is aimed at strengthening our presence in the B2B training space, and we will now be able to expand further into the field of sales training solutions,” Nikhil Barshikar, founder, said in a statement. The firm is also planning other acquisitions for this year, he said.
Imarticus will now function as an end-to-end sales training academy, offering sales onboarding and upskilling programmes, custom training solutions, management and leadership programmes, as well as e-learning and game-based learning content development services.
“We achieved a 70% growth in revenue and a 400% growth in EBITDA profit last year and remain bullish this year. We are looking to grow sustainably and profitably across both B2B and B2C sectors,” said Barshikar.
